If you want to pay big dollars, you can go to the Lexus dealer. If you don't want to pay that much money, you can look for a used radio.

Try googling "2009 lexus rx radio with satellite" and look through the results. Here is one result -
http://www.ebay.com/itm/05-08-LEXUS-...-/122786622915

Just make sure that you get the satellite radio antenna with it.

The 2007 - 2009 models were sold "Satellite Ready" with a socket in the back of the radio head for
a separate Sirius tuner. Note that the source buttons on the face include AM/Sat. Lexus no longer
sells the tuner at any price but you can surely find one or a compatible aftermarket unit online.

I looked through the owner's manuals for this and did not see anything about voice recognition. Maybe I missed it?

Here is the link to the owner's manuals,

I looked in the owner's manual for my 2010 IS and found the programming/setup proceedure. Maybe it will work on your RX.

https://drivers.lexus.com/t3Portal/d...f/OM53A20U.pdf

Section 3.3 starting on page 289 is for bluetooth. Page 294 is the setup/pairing process.

Section 3.4 starting on page 307 is for hands free phone. Page 323 is the phone setup/registering process.
