Not sure why it would have to relearn tps after doing plugs. You can try disconnecting the 12v battery for 30 minutes and reconnecting to reset all the ecus.

If he can find them, good luck! Check Engine Light? Dirty throttle body? Leaking vacuum hoses? Hard to diagnose over the internet!

So back again, check engine light and vsc came on,car was rough idling, disconnect the battery, reconnect, was fine for a short trip then started again,I am not sure but may be there is a hissing noise at the engine bay
Checked all hoses looks ok
could be tb or manifold gaskets are not seated properly!!!
will go to read the codes tomorrow

Sounds like maybe something got left disconnected like a vacuum hose or a sensor.

Hi friend,
Hissing noise sounds like a vacuum leaks for sure. Your fuel trims are prob sky high making it run like crap and very lean.
Could also be a loose coil pack wire like previous poster mentioned too. I had to replace my coil pack connectors- kept falling off on bank 2.
Since you had the plenum and throttle body off I would check for vacuum leaks near there- especially around the black rubber intake hoses and pcv valve and also the vacuum line located on the front motor mount under the car- since that is where I had mine leak. It came loose when I pulled the air box out and didn't see it until after I replaced my plugs and heard the hissing and poor running condition.
Of course pulling the codes is needed lolood
Good luck peace.

your comment made me checking all the hoses and wala the pcv valve hose was disconnected from under the plenum, put it back and the rx is like smooth like butter

THANK YOU
