CEL codes for EVAP control & Warm Up Catalyst Efficiency P0441 & P0421
I have a 2006 RX400H - Hybrid with 160k miles. I have no drivability issues. I am getting a CEL light for 2 codes:
1) P0421 - Warm Up Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold
2) P0441 - Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow
P0441 could be related to the gas cap, so I cleaned the gas cap and the gas hole, reviewed it for defects, and couldnt find any cracks or anything. I reinstalled the gas cap correctly. I did a quick inspection of the fuel line, and tried to follow it to the Evap canister. I did a quick look in the engine to try to find anything obvious disconnected. I did not see anything obvious.
I erased the codes Thursday night. 2 days later, the code just came back on again. The same two codes. They get stored as 4 codes: with the 2 codes being full hits, and the same 2 duplicated as Pending codes.
I did not pull off the cover off the EVAP canister to inspect for cracks, so that will be my next task.
Do you think I have one issue that cause both codes, or two separate issues? What else could I investigate?

I started my car today and the check engine light comes on.
Hooked up my scanner and it threw the famous P0441 code for evap.
So, I removed & tightened up my fuel cap and cleared the code and hopefuly it stays off but not counting on it unless I get lucky.
>> If anyone has gotten this code plz share your fix.

1) P0421 - Warm Up Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold
2) P0441 - Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow
Happens on winter time in my case, I have the same CELs. Unless I am up for emissions/renewal registration, I just let it be. Or I just clear it with my OBD scanner.

I cleared the code and check engine light is off and no codes but the P0441 is "pending" again.
Fuel trims look good so don't think it's a vacuum leak up up front so will have to investigate if it continues.
Anyone have a fix plz share and I will dig in and look when I have time.
