Default Peeling behind side mirrors (pictures)

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to remove this part piece behind the side mirrors?

The paint is finally giving out from the sun and I'm looking to do a DIY repaint.

I recently repainted my mirror covers. From what I recall, I had to remove the mirror itself to get access to the screws that you need to remove. You will still have the electrical cord from the door panel connected to the mirror which will now be hanging loosely. Just mask that part and the door and window, and then you can refinish the mirror covers. Bob
