Unhappy Noise when brake pedal is depressed

Hi, I'm quite new so sorry if double posting but I didn't find clear answer here.

I was checking a RX 400h before buy and hearing strange noise when break is applied (even when car is stopped).
There is a similar issue described here but no conclusion and root cause: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ct-...king-hard.html

The sound is like in this video but a little bit more frequent:

This issue seems to be valid for many Hybrid toyota/lexus cars.
Trying to figure out the potential cost of repair - any help appreciated.

Regards

if it is the actuator (sounds like it may be), it will be expensive. The part alone is in the neighborhood of $1500. What year is the vehicle?

Definitely the actuator. Had mine replaced on a LS460L.
