Running a 60 series tire ???
I currently have a 235/55/18 Tire want a smooth and more comfortable ride, wanna go up 235/60/18 will it mess up my truck? will the ride be better ????

I went from the 235/55/18 to the 235/60/18 to make my speedometer accurate. Since I did the change when the tires were worn and needed replacement, I did notice a quieter ride afterwards but that's about it. However, when you replace worn tires, the car/truck will ride better and quieter on new tires. Also, if you are changing brands of tires, this also affects the ride. But the size change will not have any adverse effects.
Lexus put the 235/60/18 tires on the RX starting with the 2010 model, which is the 3rd gen RX.

235/55/18 -> 235/60/18 is just a hair above the 3% diameter tolerance difference thats normally given an 'ok' to keep the speedometer reading accurately. it could be off via a few miles. the easy way to check is to compare what your phone says vs your speedometer when using waze.
