We recently had a new battery installed in our 2007 RX350. I had to reset the windows and also went through the reset for the sunroof. The problem now is the open button does nothing. When it is pressed, there is no sound of any of the mechanisms working. I can press the back button and the sunroof goes through the tilt/open/close process but then I cannot open it using the open button. I've tried resetting it a few times but still nothing.
Anyone ever experienced this?

Owned a couple RX-350's, and when new batteries were installed, never had this problem. Very strange that tilt works, but open/close does not!
After battery disconnect, you may have to hold down the open button for several seconds to reset it. Please try this first!!!! This has worked for many!

Bob67, I will give that a try. Never had this trouble before when replacing a battery. Hope this fixes it because I sure don't want to take it to the Lexus dealer.

Well, I don't know what happened but all of a sudden it is working again. Guess the gremlins decided to go somewhere else.
Thanks for the help.
