I have 05 rx 330 with 155K miles. Radiator and supplies were replaced 2 years ago. I’m wondering if anyone would have experience running their older 330 in 90-100 degree weather for 13 hours. I am facing a trip tomorrow and am getting nervous. Would the older condenser be reliable?

You should be fine. Radiators are a plastic/metal hybrid that do not have the durability that the all metal condenser and evaporator coils of the a/c system have. Living in the south with 100º + temps, we don't think twice about it.
Just make sure the radiator and heater hoses are good, meaning firm, not soft and mushy.
