Annoying Squeak

Annoying Squeak
Ok so this past weekend I took on the job of replacing my spark plugs. That sucked, but that’s another story. While I had the engine exposed I thought I would wash it with some engine degreaser and water. I did that and then blow dried it was leaf blower and let it sit for numerous hours before starting. It started up fine but the next day I now have a squeak coming from serpentine belt area.
This is only happens when in idle or very low speeds. If I spray a little bit of oil on the belt it goes away. So the first thing I did was replace the belt and still the same squeak. That was a dayco brand and I read they are bad for pulley out of line. So I bought a Continental , went ahead a bought a new lower idle pully and pulled top one off and greased the bearings. None of this helped. Still have the same annoying squeak. I really don’t want to take to a shop so I’m hoping someone on here has an idea?
Also I tried to spin each pully manually the best I could and couldn’t hear anything. The other thing is if I put a wrench on tensioner and back off the tension a little then the noise stops as well. So I’m thinking maybe the tensioner is bad? This all started after washing the engine bay. Car has 115,000 on it.
Thanks,
Frank
