Hoping some folks can help me diagnose my problem... When on the highway the other day I noticed this buzzing/humming noise, when I tilted the wheel ever so slightly to switch lanes it would disappear. As soon as I put the car back straight, it would start the buzzing again.

I recently got tires around 5k miles ago thinking it was that. However, the shop inspected them again and assured me it was not the tires nor the re-alignment/balance they did.
