Doing a tune up my ? Is how long are you geting out of the 02 sensors on these cars mine has 111,000 miles and I'm going to be in there doing maintenance so just thought I whould check if I'm wasting my time we can get -40 below here so I dont like car problems.

A quality brand O2 sensor will last a long time. The ones that Toyota used are quality. I don't recommend changing them "just because".

I've changed out 1 in 195,000 miles so far. I would not change them out if you are not getting a CEL.

I just had the Chk engine light (CEL) come on at 131 Kmi Also I just had the 5K oil service done prior to CEL on. Not connected. My son did the code P0420 reset, I added a Catalytic converter cleaner solution to my half-empty gas tank, and ran the car for about 100+ miles, NO CEL since this $25 treatment. MPGs went from 16-17 up to my previous 20+ in Local driving. Also, the smelly exhaust is noticeably less so. I bought this car at 50%($20K) of its new price at the 3-year-old point. ThisRX330 has been the most trouble-free and reliable car for the 10 years I've owned it. I am the second owner.
