TPMS sensor compatibility with 07 RX350
The shop I use did a TPMS sensor check on 4+spare and found 2 sensors bad.
I found someone that can sell me new genuine toyota sensors 42607-33012 and 42607-52020 at a very reasonable price.
However, I did a part search with Lexus OEM TPMS sensors for 2007 RX350, it calls for 42607-33022 or 42607-33021.
Then I see that Denso 5500103 @ rockauto that fits 2007 RX350, shows these
Alternate/OEM Part Number(s): 3U2Z14S411MZA, 4260706010, 4260706011, 426070C020, 426070E010, 426070E011, 4260730030, 42607-33010, 42607-33011, 4260733020, 4260733021, 4260734020, 4260735010, 4260735030, 4260735040, 4260752010, 4260775010, 42607AD020, 5500101, 88974915
When I search Toyota 42607-33012 oem at Toyota parts site, it shows
Replaces:42607-52010, 42607-52030, 42607-33010, 42607-33011, 42607-34020, 42607-35010, 42607-35030
Does it mean 42607-33012 will fit 2007 RX350?
As a matter of fact, is it true that any of these genuine toyota TMPS sensor that is 315MHz will fit?
Is the difference in these part# just size/dimension/geometry/shape of the sensor casing. But I would think the RX rim is super-big enough to fit any of these, right?
Thanks.

You don't need a "genuine toyota TMPS sensor". A number of companies (e.g. Dill, Pacific) make sensors that will work fine. I'd replace all the sensors on a 12 year car regardless of whether or all of them have failed yet. I don't think your spare tire has a sensor. IIRC, only the LX has a spare tire that has a sensor.
