RX400h NOT MOVING WHEN IN DRIVE
Hi Everyone,
When I put the car in Drive, sometimes when I'm applying full force to the accelerator the car won't move. A temporary fix to this I found is to put it into B and once the tires are rolling I pop it into Drive and it drives normal. Something else I noticed when I have this issue, the backlight for D doesn't light up. Any ideas on how to fix this problem will be greatly appreciated.

The car thinks it is in neutral. There is a box that the shifter linkage connects to, a shifter position switch. May need adjusting or cleaning. I believe I posted about it in another thread.
