HI i've been looking at You Tube, searching this forum searching the web and reading my owners manual
there are lots of great ideas on how to initialize my windows and none are working for me.

My question is, what am i doing incorrectly?

history, windows were all working properly till my moon roof drains plugged up and some water came in the interior...not much but some on the drivers side. The wife says water did not get on the master switches. I cleaned the drains and the windows stopped working.

I've disconnected/reconnected the battery and tried all the windows down, hold the buttons. windows up hold the buttons, windows half down hold the buttons ignition on engine off. and visa versa etc.etc
rainy season starts next week, would be great to get her running right. (she's clean well looked after etc etc.)
if you have ideas please send.

Are you doing this from the individual door switches and not the master switch?

yes i am operating each individual window to reset
my master only operates the drivers window. it does not operate the other 3. The other 3 work if i operate each particular window.
i've disconnected and reconnected the battery. I've rolled my windows down half way as per owners manual. (the operating switches are not blinking) I"ve rolled them up and held the switch in the up position for several seconds.

given this did not work i did a variety of other you tube fixes which have not worked.
i.e. all the way down and back up.

i've tried key on (power) and when the engine is running.

each window sounds and works normally. i'm just not getting the master to operate the other windows

 

Full DOWN then full UP and keep for several seconds.
