Default Buying new TPMS Sensors... How to program them?

07 RX350 here...
TPMS light is flashing which indicates that one or more of my TPMS sensors have low battery. I am planning to replace my tires in the upcoming months. I would like to purchase TPMS sensors from rockauto or somewhere and program them myself before installing them onto my new set of tires.
What kind of tools/software would I need to do that for this vehicle? For my 2014 IS, I purchased a second set of tires with a second set of TPMS, programmed it using Carista OBD II tool, and then used ATEQ Quickset to swap between sets when needed. It seems like Carista does not support the 2nd gen RX from their website. Do I need to "obtain" techstream and a compatible cable to do this?

Techstream is best if you have access to it. But I usually just have my tire shop do it while they're changing the tire, save me time and hassle.

Thanks, it looks like i will have to look to the techstream route.
Unfortunately the tire shop that I wanted to get my tires installed at want to charge me $600 to save time and hassle.. for that price I can figure out how to do it myself!
