Memory seat control and mirrors setting light

I have a 2007 RX350. The memory seats control switch should be lit when the head lights are on? Same as the mirrors setting switch. Would it simply be a bad fuse?

mine in my 2008 doesn’t light up either. I just Figured that’s the way they were. Are they supposed to light up?

I don't recall mine lighting up. I'll check tomorrow.
