Our '07 RX with 315k km (196k miles) has bad steering wheel vibration at speeds above 65 mph. It's definitely not a wheel balance issue because that's the first thing I tried.
I'm guessing something is worn out in the front suspension. There's no noticeable noise so I'm not sure if its a bearing or some other part like ball joints or some rubber bushings that are looking pretty rough.
Any suggestions as to what to check first? I can most likely do it myself as long as no hoist is required.
