Hi,

When I was changing the passenger side rear strut, I raised the whole assembly in an attempt to take pressure off of the stabilizer link that is attached to the strut. Right below the rotor a small retaining "C" shaped clip and plastic tip fell directly below the rotor as I was raising that whole area with a jack. I looked around it and can't seem to locate where it came from. I'm certain the metal retaining clip fell, but not sure about the plastic piece, it could have just been in my garage from before. Any idea's? Thanks in advance.

Car plastic rivets/fasteners.
Not sure of the steel retainer clip but my guess would be it’s from your plumbing repairs like faucet.

That retainer clip for sure isn't off your vehicle......
