Battery Dead?

Curious if anyone has experienced this before... Leads me to believe it's probably a dead battery (car won't start) but wanted to ask the group here if they believe so as well. Some background - 2006 Lexus RX400h and it has been sitting for around 4-5 days. I've owned the car for 2.5 years so I'm unsure when the last time the battery was replaced. However, if I recall, aren't there two batteries? A smaller one and a car one? Thanks in advance.
