So I replaced spark plugs and swapped out the coil from cylinder 6 to 5. still getting a misfire code. Any suggestions?

Compression test, or first log the fuel trims.

How is it idling? Miles? 330 or 350, service history?

Did you erase the code after you replaced the plug/coil?
Also, how does it run?

How did you find out the code? Do you have a code reader? As recommended you should clear code as well. There is a procedure on how to distinguish an Ignition Coil or Spark Plug issue (or both). Gooxle it. Or search this forum.
