Sometimes I would just press the remote to open the doors 1 time (only opens the driver's door) and the power door would not open. It seems I have to open all the doors (press the button 2 times) and the Power Door will open correctly. Makes sense, since the Power Door would still have been locked.
Sounds simple enough and hope this helps some of you out there.
