Only drivers window works on 2005 RX330--any help?

For 2005 RX330: Strange situation. My driver's side window is the only one that will work using the switches (including the driver's side master switches or the individual window switches). I know about resetting the windows after a battery disconnect but that isn't it. BUT, using the old key in the door trick and turning to unlock and holding it there DOES open ALL the windows. I can also close them all the same way (turn and hold key to lock position). I tried lowering the windows part way with the key and then tried the individual window switches but they still didn't work. Maybe a fuse??

When the "child lock" button is "not pushed in" on the Driver Door Master Switch -the master switch will provide a +12VDC output on it's PCT wire directly to each door module enabling the other door windows to work manually.
Add- like said above a spare switch would come in real handy to see if switch or the wiring.

i believe wiz is right on this one. On my rx350; the right rear window wont work from the master drivers controls; but will work when i go to the actual window itself; I went to my indy shop and they confirmed its the switch thats bad. But Im not gonna bother doing anything with it since no one else is in my rx usually but me.

It may be possible the Driver Side Master Switch is bad but if so it seems more likely the front window buttons would wear out 1st before the rear buttons.
If it was my car I'd try unhooking the battery and doing the window initialization procedure one more time just to be 100% sure.
Window initialization starting from:
Driver side front and then Driver side rear then Passenger side rear and lastly Passenger side front and see how it goes- not sure if this is the best way but is how I do it.
