Excited about this new addition. Just picked up a Red 2009 RX350 with 150k KM. Does not have the auto tail gate or the sunroof, other than that it is the same as our 2007 Lexus RX350.

So i am need of
- the part number for the Engine bay left hand side plastic cover.
- Part number for the tail gate switch (the rubber cover is missing, so i am thinking of replacing the switch if worst comes to worst.

This might be the plastic cover:

53795-0E020

But it's hard to match because Lexus parts sites use a cartoon to show the part.

+1 on part no above, cartoon is correct, but if ever there was part to pick up at a "pick your park" used auto junk yard, this is it!

Instead of buying the entire switch for $60 or whatever, you can get just the rubber cover on e-bay for $10 or less. Here is a link to one with more choices listed down lower on the same page.

Yeah, junk yard is where I'd go for those parts.
Lexus wants $150 for that plastic cover.
