Default Fogging inside headlight lens

I polished my headlights and they look pretty good on the outside but there’s a bit of fogging on the inside of the lens. When I turn the lights on, the light hits the fogging and turns it whitish. Is this a common issue and has anyone been able to remove the lens from the light assembly and clean or polish the inside as well?

I believe the lens is glued and cannot be removed.
Are you saying there is moisture, or is there clouding/discoloration on the inside?

If there is moisture, which eventually happens to all these modular headlamp assemblies, then all you can do is remove the assembly, remove the bulbs, and use a blow a dryer to dry out the inside as best you can. For really bad leaks, you can put a bead of silicone around the lens and that'll keep out the water for a few more years.

1. Headlights body is damaged/not sealed
or
2. Headlights ventilation broken/doesn't work.
