My left outside mirror glass doesnt move in or out and the right outside mirror glass doesnt move in, out, or down. Seems a bit intermittent, like sometimes the outside right glass will move up and sometimes won’t, but regardless there’s always a problem. I’d prefer it to be the switch and not the actuators because of money, but i want to properly diagnose it. To my knowledge my 05 RX330 is affected by the mirror actuator TSB but the previous owner did not complete it. How should i start? How can i figure out if it is or isnt the switch?
TSB EL004-07 for anyone who doesnt know. Thanks in advance.

What I did a few years ago for the same problem was spraying some WD 40 behind the mirror glass ,let it socked for a short time and gently pushed the mirror glass in different directions and worked fine since that time.
