My 2006 RX 400 H came with the two basecoat and final coat bottles of touchup paint. As you can see from the picture, the touchup paint looks more like an off-white or nearly a beige compared to the white paint on the hood. Is this how this color touch up paint always looks on the pearl white car? The touch up paint could potentially be as old as the car, I
don’t know. I did have to add a fair amount of lacquer thinner to it to make it usable liquid paint again

Reason: Typo
That is for sure your paint code? Looks way off. I have a bottle of touch up paint older than that the colour didn't change, paint on your car must have faded a fair bit. Not sure you should add lacquer thinner is that even lacquer based paint?

Time to get a new bottle of touch up.
I ordered a new 062 – BC basecoat touch up paint from Lexus and when it came in compared my old touchup paint and the new one on a piece of white paper at the dealer. The old touchup still had a beige appearance to it compared to a fairly bright white on the new touchup
