Default Codes C0205, C1223 and C1290 after front bearing replacement

All,

I replaced the front knuckles of my '06 RX330 AWD to solve a bearing noise issue and now I am getting a ABS, VSC and blinking TPMS lights. I went to AutoZone and used their reader to pull the codes and got codes C0205 - Left front wheel speed sensor signal malfunction, CC1223 - Malfunction in ABS control System and C1290 - Malfunction in zero point of steering sensor.

I removed the sensor in the knuckle and cleaned it out and I believe I saw a small rock so I believe this was the root cause of the issue. I tried to clear the codes by disconnecting the battery but they are still there.

So, how do I clear the codes? If the codes return, how do I diagnose the problem(s)? How do I re-zero the steering wheel (it went in for an alignment after the new knuckles, ball joints and outer tie rod ends)?

I tried a search and nothing came up with this particular combination. The search results all had a CEL and I do not.

If I have to replace the sensor, how involved is that? Where is the connector to the main wiring harness? Under the inner wheel well cover?

Thanks in advance,

Bob

I like how you include lots of info because there is a detail that looks innocent and unrelated I'd like to bring attention for your consideration.
There is a chance when the alignment was done that they hooked up one of the modern scanners that was not fully backwards compatible on our cars.
Many other people have complained about this after an alignment but it really has nothing to do with the alignment.
What happens as far as I understand is the incompatibe scanner clears the zero point sensor data by acident when the tech is attempting to check his work by scanning the car looking for codes.
Not saying this is what caused it but just saying it is highly likely and you will need to do the "zero point calibration" procedure and that will at least get rid of one code for you.
