A) if mirror has 2 black wires you have mirror heater option too.
B) if you do not have these wires there is no mirror heater but the plug is compatible so it can be replaced with a "mirror w/ memory" with or without the heater.

2) "Mirror without memory" has a 7 pin plug.
A) if mirror has a brown wire and a white/black wire you have the mirror heater option too.
B) if you do not have these wires there is no mirror heater but the plug is compatible so it can be replaced with a "mirror without memory" with or without the heater.

*Note- looking at the detail- the "mirror w/ memory" is controlled and powered by it's own mirror ECU in each door but the "mirror without memory" is driven by a switch straignt to fused voltage. The reason I would be afraid to splice in the wrong mirror is because we don't know if the mirror motors are electrically wound the same way. The "mirror w/ memory" may have a motor that is pulse width modulated from it's ecu and the other mirror is not and could possibly pull too much current if swapped(and do damage to the ecu). Someone would have to try it to find out or scope the motor wires from the ecu to know for sure but I'd pass on that unless you are up for it. I really don't know if it is safe without more info.

Also, I replaced both of mine with the black colored aftermarket and I think they look great for $90 ea.
Used mirrors at the age of our cars is not a long term solution- if the motors in them aren't making noise and on their way out already I'd be surprised.
BTW- I sold the mirror heater glass out of my mirrors online and it paid for my new mirrors.

Connector for "mirror w/ memory" with or without the heater option.

Here is the mirror ecu

Here is the connector for "mirror without memory" and same for with or without heater

Here is how it is wired to switched & fused voltage directly

Why does my RX330 V6 have a round side mirror glass bracket as opposed to the square ones available on Amazon and Ebay? What model/part is it? (VIN 2T2) heated, haven't checked if w/memo
