Default VSC, ABS, TRAC lights all on after installing snow tires on my 08 RX400h

I had a TPMS light and VSC triangle which wouldn't clear. I suspected the TPMS sensor in one of the tires might be bad and

it's close to winter so I thought of installing the snow tires and see if it would reset. So I installed the snow tires and using my TPMS tool for summer/winter tires switched to the winter tires. The TPMS light went out, but now I had VSC, ABS, Brake and traction lights all on.

I did a scan at Autozone which came up with a list of ABS items, which I've attached as a PDF.
  • C1336 zero point calibration of yaw rate sensor
  • C1345 Not learning linear valve offset abnormality
  • U0073 Control module bus communication Bus OFF
  • U0123 Lost communication with Yaw Rate Sensor Module
  • U0124 Lost communication with Lateral Acceleration Sensor Module
  • U0126 Lost communication with Steering Angle Sensor module
  • U0293 Lost communication with Hybrid Vehicle Control System
I did not get a CEL and my OBDS reader shows nothing.

I found on the web a suggestion to calibrate the yaw sensor by jumping 2 terminals on the OBD2 plug. I did the reset, but still have the codes. I also found that by jumping 2 of the pins on the OBD2 plug (4th pin over on narrow side and 5th pin on the wide side) it all the lights went out including the VSC light and it repeated a series of numbers, which I don't know the meaning. DIAG VSC 43, 45, 62, 63. I also noticed the ABS light repeatedly flash 2 times then 4 times.

After I performed a reset I was just left with a DIAG VSC 45, but after I drove the car the other codes returned.

I'm wondering if I might have bumped something when I installed the snow tires? Maybe a wheel speed sensor or something?

Any ideas? See the attached video. Thanks!

Turns out I needed to use Techstream to do a zero point calibration in order to clear it. But so far it's working great!
