I moved my seat all the way forward, then moved it all the way back. When i returned the seat to the completely back position I noticed this happened


Any ideas what happened or how to fix it? Ive fiddled with the seat, tried to move the guides while the seat is moving, etc but no luck. Im afraid they're going to get snapped off
