go to Aliexpress.com
search for (make, model, year) key cutting
find a seller who offers the cutting service (about $4).
select what you want (key with electronics + transponder) [or key with transponder, no remote buttons]
add key and cutting service to your cart.
check out, and send message to seller -uploading image of working key.

Yes. The item purchased is shipped to by air from China to your address. Maybe you're implying a car might be stolen by someone with a copy of the key! When the new key arrives, your car does not recognize the transponder in the key until
the new key is synced, which requires an existing key with transponder already recognized by the car.

You can sync the new key by yourself. no need for dealer, locksmith or special tool.

1. sit in driver's seat, close all doors
2. insert and remove a working key in the ignition four times and insert once more, leaving key in ignition.
3. do not turn the key during the inserting and removing
4. open driver's door and close six times
5. security lamp on dash should be solid indicating correct mode (if flashing, start over from inserting and removing key)
6. remove working key
7. insert new key, security lamp flashing
8. wait until security lamp goes dark (60 seconds)
9. new key is recognized by car and can start engine

So what you are saying if I understand is if you start with a working key this procedure will program a new key FOB?
