Driver window gets gunked up

Anyone know what causes this or how to fix? Seems the window will get gunked up with sticky crap shown below

I have the same issue. Apparently it's the window seal tracks going soft/melting. It's a replaceable part I think.

Ah, so it would be like the rubber/felt part that sits right on top of the door and the window goes through the middle of it? If you find out what part that is lmk!
