Default Courtesy lights, radio and lighters on after removing key

Hi all,
I have a problem with my Lexus, when I remove the key from the ignition still my car still has the courtesy lights, the radio, and the lighters on, and blinking. Can somebody help me giving me some idea.
Thanks so much for your help.
Kind Regards.

one possibility is that the ignition switch is getting worn out and is still making electrical connections. Have you tried putting the key back in and wiggling it around and see if the lights and things shut off?

Ignition hasn't been turned off.

I'll try, yes I think is all about the ignition switch, because when the key is in: all is working perfectly, I check all the relays around and all the fuses, conectors. Also the car doesn,t have any problem when Iam driving.
Thanks, Dennis for your help.
