Default MAF no 12v at pin #1 (solved)

After research, apparently 12v is needed at pin #1 for the MAF to work. Someone know where this voltage is common from? One website say main eccs relay but I don’t see this on fuse box layout. EFI 1 & 2 fuse is good measure 12v on both leg. P0102 code and barely running.

Well, if this is a RX350 (would be nice to know trim and year for these wiring questions) then PIN 1 from MAF goes straight to ECU:

If it is same as 2008 RX350, then MAF pin 3 +B white wire ends up at EFI 2, hot:

Thank you sir for the diagrams. Good info for troubleshooting. I found the root cause of missing 12v and several other codes. 🐿 had a feast in my car and left me a gift.
