I am a new RX350 Lexus owner. I bought my 2007 Lexus RX350 last year in May 2021. It is in good condition however there are a few dashboard cracks. I have looked at the dashboard overlays however would prefer to just replace the dashboard because of how the overlays look. Does anyone have any advice? Should I go to my local Lexus dealership? What cost do you think I'll have to pay? Please help! I have a Black Onyx exterior with ivory interior

Your choices are new for $1000 or find used at a salvage yard. If you can't do the replacement yourself find a good independent shop getting it done at Lexus will cost you a small fortune.
Take a good hard look at the A/C evaporator core when the dash is off. If you DIY the dash, then you can follow instructions for evaporator replacement as well, there are youtubes, dash comes off either way.

I have an 05 RX330 in Pristine condition, except for the badly cracked dash! I tried a dash overlay, and I didn't care for it.
I got an OE dash from the local Lexus dealer, thru a friend, who got a discount, but even with the discount and the labor at the upholstery shop, I still spent almost $1500 out the door!
BUT, my new Dash looks Fantastic!!
My RX looks New Again!!
I hope this Helps!
Even thou, our rx doesn't have any dashboard issues, I installed a dashmat by http://Coverking.com as I've said in different threads that I find the oem dash pad is really cheap & shotty looking & feeling vs other manufactures as this is where Toyota's bean counters really came into play........
If you decide to pull the dash maybe you can come back and post up tips & tricks and tell us where all the hidden screws are located.
That would be awesome.
First I want to thank everyone for the comments and helpful Information I wanted to reference during my search & research for a dashboard for my 2007 Lexus RX350. I came across a sale/discount I thought I would pass on to the forum. See below.

A friend who worked for Lexus did my dashboard removal and replacement in 1 hour. I paid him $300. The part cost $650 with the Lexus employee discount. $1Kish for a new dashboard is OK! Go get it done, you will be happy.
We need a video that shows removal with all the hidden screws and tricks.
One interesting thing I noticed in video, he had dah out with steering wheel in place.
This is good to know that steering wheel w/ air bag inside it does not reed removed.
