Default 2007 Lexus RX350 Throwing A Ton Of Codes

My Lexus is throwing a bunch of codes and I am unsure what the cause could be. Not sure if each code means a separate issue or if it could be an ECU issue or what. I would appreciate any help anyone can provide. I will list all of the codes being thrown below.

P0051 Oxygen Sensor Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P0158 Oxy Sensor High Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
P0355 Ignition Coil E Primary/Secondary Circuit
P043E Evap Emission System Reference Orifice Clog Up
P043F Evap Emission System Leak Detection Reference Orifice High Flow
P0441 Evap Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow
P2197 Oxygen A/F Sensor Signal Stuck Lean (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
P2401 Evap Emission Leak Detection Pump Stuck OFF
P2402 Evap Emission Leak Detection Pump Stuck ON
P2419 Evap Emission System Switching Valve Control Circuit Low

ABS DTC
C1201 Engine Control System

SRS DTC B0111 Open In Side Squib RH Circuit

Scan tool also indicates I need a new battery and shows 11.97V

Vehicle sometimes idles rough sounds like it's missing. Brakes sometimes slip and reengage when stopping at low speeds such as at a light or stop signs. Caliper feels like it releases quickly and then reapplies pressure. Brake Fluid levels are full. Has new rotors, calipers and brakes.

There also seems to be a ton of recalls for this vehicle. I appreciate any help you guys can give. Thanks!

Hi edgefield, welcome to Club Lexus, gad you are here.

Plz tell us about your car, how long you owned it, etc, tell us the story.

Some of these codes are monitiored and stored by Air Bag Ecu and others by the Engine Ecu so like more info on this car and the situation.

I've had it for maybe 2 years. There were check engine lights on it initially, but did not throw so many codes. Yesterday though it started acting like it was idling rough or misfiring so I went to the auto store and bought me a good scanner to check into it to try and see if I can fix it or if I will need to pay a mechanic. I don't drive it very often maybe 1-2 times a week on average but have never had any issues with it until recently. First the brakes started slipping and then today the rough idle started.

Ok, cool.
Just making sure it wasn't bought like this at auction or recovered as a flooded vehicle because that can add a lot of "unknowns" and deeper diagnostics.

Since you have owned the car and witnessed it running good in the past but have seen the condition worsen over time I have faith you can maybe fix it if you are a DIY kinda person.
Not sure if this is your only car but if it is, this car may be important for you.

Now that you have a scanner you can keep on top of codes.
First thing first, I would replace the battery if it needs it and have the charging system checked- free at auto part stores.
Next, very important, I would check the frame and engine grounds as a place to start- with battery unhooked you should measure low ohms from engine frame to negatave batery terminal and low ohms from engine to negative battery terminal.
Hint- for frame ground you can use a fender bolt, may have to scratch your probe into it thru the paint to get good connecton.
Hint- engine ground can be anything metal on the engine like the valve cover gasket.

PS- about the codes, too early to condemn ecu's- need to do more tests like above. I would bet money most or all those codes are due to something not related to the codes listed.

Please report what you find.

Wonky charging system and battery can cause all kinds of random codes hopefully that is all you are dealing with.
