2004 Lexus RX330 making weird sound...

Here is a video of the sound in my engine... All the belts are new, as well as the timing belt and all the stuff listed a few comments above... Could this be my power steering.. Tensioner, something else?

So I went to the mechanic and he told me it could be the surpentine belt and pully on the outside... But he did he would need to take it apart to be sure. Does this sound like something that could be causing the sounds in my car.. And maybe the vibrations?

I have the exact same noise from the same area in my 01 es300. Apparently it's common. Mine goes away after the engine warms up.
