picture of RX 330 17" wheels and tires
I just ordered an 04 RX 330 with the standard 17" wheels but I've never seen a close up picture of the rims and I don't know what brand and model of tires come with the 17" wheels. Any info or pics would be appreciated.

17"on Neptune Blue
The tyres are Michelin Energy 4 X 4. They are a little noisy on rough seal but otherwise very good. I am about to get the wheels polished as there is no onw in Aussie that can chrome plate them. According to several threads in this forum the 17" wheels make the ride smoother. I can not comment the 18" are not available in Aussie.

Thanks for the picture, firebird, I like them! They look like they have both a shiny face and a matte inside edge. I chose the 17" for several reasons, one of which was ride quality but the most important reason was that every RX330 in my area is coming with 18s - I wanted something that looked a little different. As for trading with you, msilverIS, I've already given a deposit and placed the order with my Lexus dealer. I'm told it's going to take 90 days to arrive and I don't want to make any changes that could/would impact the arrival date. Personally, if I were going to upgrade the wheels, I'd go with something custom from the Tire Rack......

I did check out the Tire Rack webpage for the 330; 
UGLY rims. BTW, what package did you order? I guess the Performance is out since you want 17's.

Have ordered a set of Bonspeed "Clutch" 19" rims that hopefully will be fitted this week. (Getting the Michelins is the problem as no stock for some weeks). When fitted to my black Luxury Pack that has been lowered 48mm and with the custom s/s dual exhaust, should look pretty fine. Will post pic's when finished.
