What's that thing just above the right/upper side of the oil cooler line?

@MattRX Thanks for the great tips and good suggestion on replacing the 10mm hex nuts for the rear differential with the "real" nuts like the T-case's. Ordered two! Yeah, I saw YouTube videos on cleaning out the hex-holes first and gently tap in the hex socket.

I don't know why they didn't use those plugs from the factory! So superior!
As for my leak - it's a massive one. Covers the whole front subframe, oil pan, oil filter, front exhaust pipe and the cooler pipes. It starts near the oil cooler and is being pushed back. I need to clean it again and see where it starts but man it leaks pretty fast! Not good. Easily the biggest leak on the entire car by a long shot. I thought it was the old rubber oil cooler lines, but replacing them didn't help at all.
