Exclamation 2205 Rx330 won't start, blinking dashboard lights and clicking sounds

EDIT: 2005 RX330, not 2205 =/
Hello,

Just need help to see what's cause my RX330 to do the following.
When I unlock the car, the outer rim of the dashboard white LED lights start to blink at a 1 second interval, very regularly. At the same time, the car is making a clicking sound that can be heard from the inside and outside, sounding like it's originating from the front engine bay area, maybe the horn area? The clicking sound coincides with the white LED lights blinking.

The flashing lights and clicking sound (kind of like a tone made by a speaker, not an actual click) happens even if I don't have the key in the ignition and am not trying to turn on the car. It just starts right away as soon as I open the door to the car. When I actually try to turn the ignition, there is no crank at all.

The voltage I'm reading with one of those plug into the 12 volt cigarette lighter port is like 6.5, but normally it's supposed to be 12+, so I'm guessing the car won't start because of low battery.
But I want to find out why the car is doing that blinking thing, as I think that was the thing that drained the battery.

Thanks for any help in advanced!

The clicking noise is usually the stater attempting to engage the flywheel, to start the car, but not having enough power to do so.

What you need to determine is why the battery has died. It is usually one of three things:
1. The battery has reach the end of it’s service life.
2. A component was left on and has drained the battery.
3. The alternator has failed and is not charging the battery.

If the battery is over four years old, it has likely died of old age. To rule out a bad alternator, you need to charge the battery or put a new one and read the voltage. At idle, ideally, the voltage output should read 13.5 to 14.5 volts. Anything under 12.6 volts means the alternator is not charging the battery.

Sorry, I failed to mention more detail. I edited my above post to include:

I don’t know what the noises are, but, from experience, different cars make different noises when the battery gets that low. Charge the battery or replace it and diagnose further after the car is running.
