2010 rx350 sensor replacement.
Hello,
I want to replace the sensor on my 2010 RX350. After replacing the sensor, do I need to reset anything to remove the lights on the dash? Or will it automatically remove like magic hopefully?!
Thx.

RXinNC asked the right question.
But
If you are talking about CEL, and the it was lit due to ECU monitoring certain channels [functions] and they will be cleared after appropriate duration/run-condition. If you use a tool to reset, it clears the fault but the engine needs accumulation of data before it reports the channel information is ready [sufficient reads have happened]. The other advantage of clear is it gets the ECU to the middle [statistically determined by the manufacturer]. This initialization helps in getting to the new normal vs the last error code which could have shifted the correction to an extreme.
Exceptions are hard set codes that are not cleared on next engine run condition ... such as air-bag deployed.

PS: Some channels are instantaneous and some require driving at speed higher than 45MPH (estimate),

It’s the front sensor before the catalytic converter. Any suggestions as to how to remove when it’s pretty rusty? I bought the rust blaster, but still seems pretty tough to remove especially trying without a car lift.

I would use a long handle(24in) socket wrench or even long handle breaker bar to loosen the sensor. You could also drive the car for a bit and let the exhaust heat up the sensor and then try to remove it, but be very careful using that method since the exhaust piping will be extremely hot. Heat helps to break rust bonds on exhaust parts.
