Driver's side mirror

My RX 350 driver's side mirror folds all the way forward when starting the engine. I have to pull it back to the "correct" position to make it useable. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I just dealt with this. Someone walked past my car and bumped into the mirror pushing it forward. I pushed it back into its normal position and ever since then it goes all the way forward. It’s a pain pulling it in to the normal position every time you start the car

I took mine off and took it apart and couldn’t find what the issue was. I just went online and got one from a recycler and put it on. They are surprisingly expensive but it works as it should again.
