Default 2015 RX 350 F-sport - OIL Cooler line

Hello members, Can anyone please tell me if the 2015 Lexus RX350F sport has an oil cooler and rubber oil cooler lines?

Has there been an update for replacement of these oil cooler lines with metal ones?

I searched the Lexus parts but I could not find a rubber oil cooler line

is this applicable to a tow package only ?

Thank you

My 2014 F-Sport has the metal lines for the cooler and bank 1 vvt-i feed. All cars by 2012 had them. If by ON you mean Ontario, your car has the towing package and the oil cooler with the lines. All Canadian market cars have the tow package installed (region of MFR doesn't matter). My 2008 RX had the rubber lines so I put the metal lines on. They were the same ones that came on my F-Sport.

Edit:
For anyone else reading this, even if you car didn't come with the TP w/ oil cooler, you still have the VVT-i bank 1 (rear) rubber hose to worry about if your car is older.

Thank you for your quick response !

Could you tell me the difference in cars having the tow package and those without ?

I checked and I don’t see a tow hitch. Also does your car have remote start ? Mine doesn’t , I tried the 3 press remote process.

Yes I live in Hamilton, ontario. Could you recommend a 3rd party reliable mechanic for the Lexus rx ? I know these questions are off topic. Sorry about that.

Vehicles built with the towing prep package have a heavy-duty transmission cooler and a heavy-duty alternator. No trailer hitch unless one was installed at the dealership prior to sale.

Mine doesn’t have remote start. Never felt the need for it but there are plug and play kits that can be installed apparently. Not sure about mechanics as I am an apprentice mechanic and DIY all my work. However, any good Toyota/Lexus independent shop will have no problem working on these relatively simple cars.
