Default Replacing or fixing AC Amplifier

Greetings,
The AC in my 2010 RX350 works briefly for a few minutes and then stops cooling with "Climate Control System Error" message and A/C screen button blinking. Upon diagnosing and reading the codes, it turns out to be a failure of the AC Amplifier module.
This vehicle is Canadian version, made in Japan (VIN starts with J), Ultra premium package.
TL;DR: The matching part number is 8865048360 and is no longer available through Lexus dealerships, neither here in Canada nor the US, based on my calls to several dealerships. Although it is listed on the parts.lexus.com website here . But when I call Lexus to confirm they say it is not available and cannot be ordered.
Nor I am able to find an aftermarket or a used one. Can it be repaired? Can a part number for the 2010 US version or 2011 version fit?
More info:
I see that there the part numbers for the same RX350 2010 package sold in the US are different (part numbers 88650-48350 or 88650-48351). However, Lexus parts department at the dealership cannot confirm whether that would work with my car.

Also, I found this video that shows someone replacing AC Amplifier for RX350 2010 using a non-matching part number for a 2011 version of the Amplifier, based on the part linked in the video, but possibly the vehicle on the video is not the Ultra premium:

The nuance is that RX350 2010 Ultrapremium package (with HUD, multimedia screens, etc) were built in Japan while all other 2010 variants were built in North America. From 2011 all configuration were built in North America.

Anyone run into this problem and was able to find a solution?
Is there a place that can attempt to repair the existing malfunctioning module?
Any thoughts are appreciated.
