Default passenger side bumper partially fell off

2015 RX 350
Today I found that the front passenger bumper partially fell off. See the photo. Looks like the clip is broken. (sorry for the big image, don't know how to scale in this forum).

Close look in below photo, the red arrow points to the broken clip, the blue arrow points the the fastener(?). It seems to me that first I need to fix or replace the broken clip, second is to remove the fastener, push in the bumper and then insert the fastener back. Does anyone know if this is something I can fix myself with some effort, or I need to bring it to a car garage or Lexus dealer? Thank you!

Note that the clip receiver on the urethane bumper is broken and their is paint damage on the body above it. If you want the paint repaired to prevent rust, you need a body shop.
They may also determine you need a new bumper cover, or maybe they have some professional tricks to make the damaged one work.
But I think this is not something you can repair properly yourself.
Just go to a couple of local auto body shops for free estimates. Tell them no insurance is involved. It may not cost very much. They may repair it while you wait if you do not need or want the paint scratch repaired.

Clean the crack on the paint make a touch up ,if the lower ear on the bumper is not broken then just re-tighten the bolts, possibly with gasket or washer to cover broken part . or super glue and soda to fix plastic will work temporary
