I'm started a new thread to share my experience of having owned a low mileage, dealer maintained RX350.
My intent is to share my experiences and ongoing maintenance exercises.
Current mileage 50 000 miles (80 000km)
Work done:
1. Suspension overhaul - back was needed, front which could have last a bit longer was done one time (Jan 2023)
2. Transmission filter replacement - the filter after 10 years seem to be restricting the flow of oil. This was replaced (June 2023).
3. Idler puller, tensioner pulley, belt, radiator, coolant and thermostat replaced. Also replaced tires with Yokohomas. (Sept 2023).
Will update as further later on. RX350 drives like a dream.
My mechanic's parting words were: "Toyota and Lexus ain't what they use to be"

What was included in your suspension overhaul? At 50,000 miles I would think only the rear shocks may be worn out.

That said, keep in mind the vehicle is 10 yrs old with 5-6yrs of manufacturers promise of defect free [ignoring miles as you are well below that number].
If you look at the list you posted [copied above], most of the items are regular wear and tear and if you allow me, none failed other than the suspension. I agree that one would expect a longer service. Manufacturers typically weasel out of this one as they maintain that it depends upon the road conditions ...
At the end, how do you feel about the overall ownership experience? Feel free to share "thrilled", "happy", "ho-hum", "disappointed", "miserable".

PS: Some of the posted followups mention item(s) I don't see in your post.
I also missed "radiator" ... that sucker typically goes out after 110K miles,

I would never pay a premium for dealer maintained cars just because it says so on the Carfax. My 2011 Lexus bought from my neighbor with 105k miles on it was only dealer maintained past 10 years. I had the pleasure of buying it with the oil dipstick seized solid and stuck. The technicians never ever checked the oil level, and it went in for oil change every year, 10 k miles.
The oil pan was leaking even though the dealer sealed it and charged it under extended warranty. You would think they would have had the courtesy to seal it again.
