I trust the service center cleaned out all 4 of your sunroof drain tubes while replacing the sunroof motor.
They had the whole thing apart anyway.

My cousin has a 2005 BMW 330ci coupe and when the sagging headliner was recently replaced the upholstery shop cleaned out the sunroof drains, then cleaned and lubed the entire sunroof mechanism while they had it all apart.

Whenever I clear the sunroof drains, I also take the time to wipe out and lube as much of the sunroof rail channels as I can possibly reach. We rarely open our sunroofs so it is important to keep those channels clean and lubed so they do not wind up rusting or locking up the entire mechanism.
