Small lights on the headlight assembly

Small lights on the headlight assembly
There are really small bulbs in the upper inside corners of the headlights above the headlight. How do you change that? Is it a 196 bulb?

These lights?
If so I highlighted below the proper bulbs to use according to the manual. The manual also tells you how to replace it.
