I have just picked up a 2010 RX350, it doesn't have the nav package, therefore no backup camera.
I Purchased one from Amazon. I believe that when these SUVs are assembled all the wiring harnesses would be the same. Can anyone identify where in the tailgate the camera harness would be?
If not I'll figure out another way to route the wiring.

Canada models must have had a different basic option package that did not include the backup camera. So you may not have any such wiring harness for the camera.
There are some aftermarket wireless ones that work on your phone. Then mount your phone on the dash.

Camera location on my 2011 450H is near the rear hatch release lever [tad towards the passenger side]. You can try your luck by removing the rear-hatch panel.
