Default Low beams not working but power to fuses

2012 RX350 here. Both low beams are not working, but both low beam fuses test good and I'm getting power to the sockets for the fuses, but not getting power to the bulb sockets. As far as I know there are no other fuses or relays downstream from the engine compartment fuses (50 and 51). What else can I check?

Thanks.

The stalk has a switch to turn the lights on/off and also there is "auto" light on/off based on a light sensor.

The best way is to get the circuit diagram and trace presence/absence of 12v ... working from the light bulb socket backwards [why backwards? battery forwards has too many branches].

Salim
ps: I highly suggest using test light vs voltmeter.

You need to check the voltage/lights with the stalk in manual on/off and again in the auto position. I suspect the stalk is worn out. There was a recent thread about a worn light switch stalk replacement. You have to pull the steering wheel to replace it and there are used ones on eBay etc.

It helps to know if you have halogen headlights or the HID lights (which you can identify because the auto-level feature has them move up and down when you turn them on)
I recall the HID bulbs have relays or something similar next to the bulbs, but I doubt both went out at once.

There is a ballast that the HID lights connect to, the large aluminum finned "can" on the headlight mounts. I had one fail and got an aftermarket ballast that restored one light. This time it is both, which I am hoping is a fuse.
